REFUND POLICY

Refunds of your order will only be done in form of store credit which will be valid for six months and it can be used to place a new order or pay partially for a new order if the order value is more than the store credit amount. Refund to source will be done only if the order has been Cancelled by the ALI COLOURS.

Tracking your Order:

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email and on your phone via Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular Whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” in some cases till the time it is not delivered.

We strive to deliver all the orders at the earliest possible time, however Amid COVID-19 Pandemic Issue World Wide and especially in India  – ALI COLOURS – will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or shipping of any product or processing of refunds, cancellations etc. and for any reason beyond our control.
