Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation of Order by ALI COLOURS:
ALI COLOURS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price by mistake if there is a delay in the arrival of stock or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per the refund policy) and the customer shall be informed well in advance regarding the same.
Cancellation by Customer:
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed as we buy most of our stock based on pre-bookings by customers. This applies irrespective of the order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.
Refunds of your order will only be done in form of store credit which will be valid for six months and it can be used to place a new order or pay partially for a new order if the order value is more than the store credit amount. Refund to source will be done only if the order has been Cancelled by the ALI COLOURS.
Tracking your Order:
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email and on your phone via Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular Whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” in some cases till the time it is not delivered.
We strive to deliver all orders at the earliest possible time, however Amid COVID-19 Pandemic Issue World Wide and especially in India – ALI COLOURS – will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery or shipping of any product or processing of refunds, cancellations etc. and for any reason beyond our control. Our team will try to sort out any issue and we request your cooperation in this regard.
WE HAVE 10 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY (Please raise return request on the same day you receive the order) – IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE – WE ACCEPT RETURNS AS PER POLICY GIVEN BELOW:
Returnable Items: Unstitched Salwar Suits, Kurtis from any category can be returned, we will not accept return of any Items from Sale Category.
- Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery.
- The product should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery on our return address that we will send you via email.
- Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or refund in form of FSTN Store Credit as per your request.
- Refund amount of your order will be provided in form of store credit only which will be valid for six months and can be used to place a new order on our website.
- Return cost will be incurred by the customer except when a return is happening due to error on our part e.g., wrong or a damaged product. Our maximum return shipping cost liability will be INR 100/-.
- Items under any offer, discount or from our “SALE” category cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned except when we sent you a wrong or a faulty item. (Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out, uneven edges of dupatta, difference in shade, lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective.)
Cost of Returns Logistics:
We are the only store in Original Lawn Dress Market who has a No questions asked return policy. This we have kept for our customers who do not want to keep something which they didn’t like. But from our perspective as well you need to understand that we cannot provide returns shipping as it’s an additional cost in addition to the cost we incurred in forward logistics by providing you FREE SHIPPING. When we are going extra mile for our clients we do expect some co-operation from our clients to send the material back to us which they wish to return. This practice will also ensure that we keep minimal margins on our stock online and can pass on benefits to clients for e.g. by providing best online rates, providing more and more sales and offers from time to time.
