1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation of Order by Ali Colours

Ali Colours reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • A product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or administrative error
  • There is a delay in the arrival of stock or unavailability of the ordered item
  • Any other unforeseen reason that prevents fulfilment of the order

Such cancellations may occur regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In all such cases, a 100% refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, and the customer will be duly informed in advance.

1.2 Cancellation of Order by Customer

As the majority of our stock is procured based on customer pre-bookings, we regret that we are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed. This policy applies irrespective of whether the order status is "Under Process" or "Shipped".

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, including tentative delivery timelines, prior to placing an order.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible orders will be issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit, which shall remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance. Store Credit may be utilised to place a new order or applied as partial payment towards an order of a higher value.

Refund to the original payment source will only be processed in cases where the order has been cancelled by Ali Colours.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be communicated to you via e-mail and through a SMS or WhatsApp message (applicable for registered WhatsApp users).

Please note the following:

  • Tracking information on the courier service provider's website is typically activated within 24 business hours of the shipping label being generated.
  • In certain cases, the order status may continue to display "Processing" until the order has been successfully delivered.

4. COVID-19 Advisory

Ali Colours is committed to delivering all orders at the earliest possible time. However, in light of the ongoing disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly within India, Ali Colours shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery, shipment, processing of refunds, or cancellations arising due to circumstances beyond our control. We assure you of our team's full cooperation in addressing any concerns, and we kindly request your patience and understanding in such matters.


5. Return Policy

Ali Colours offers a 10-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy for eligible items. Customers are requested to raise a return request on the same day of delivery in order to initiate the return process.

5.1 Returnable Items

The following items are eligible for return, subject to the conditions outlined below:

  • Unstitched Salwar Suits
  • Kurtis from any standard category

Conditions for Return:

  • Only unused and unstitched dress materials are eligible for return.
  • The return request must be raised on the same day of delivery.
  • The product must be returned to our designated return address (communicated via e-mail) within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Ali Colours will arrange for an exchange or issue a Store Credit refund, as per the customer's preference.
  • Store Credit will be valid for six (6) months and may be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is necessitated by an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product dispatched). In such cases, Ali Colours will reimburse return shipping costs up to a maximum of INR 100/-..

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:

  • Items purchased under any promotional offer or discount
  • Items from the "Sale" category

Exceptions will only be made in cases where an incorrect or genuinely faulty item has been dispatched by Ali Colours. Please note that the following shall not be considered as faults or defects:

  • Minor misprints
  • Beads or tassels coming loose
  • Uneven edges on dupatta
  • Slight variation in shade or colour
  • Marginally lesser fabric quantity

5.3 Return Shipping — A Note from Ali Colours

Ali Colours is proud to be among the very few retailers in the Original Lawn Dress market to offer a No Questions Asked return policy, a privilege extended purely in the interest of customer satisfaction.

We kindly request customers to appreciate that return shipping costs represent an additional expense, over and above the free forward shipping already provided by Ali Colours. By bearing the cost of return logistics, customers contribute to our ability to maintain competitive pricing, offer regular sales and promotions, and continue delivering value. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Kindly ensure that approved return items are dispatched to us promptly.

6. Colour Variation Policy

Ali Colours does not provide any guarantee on the colour or shade of fabrics. Customers are advised to note that colours displayed on www.alicolours.com may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen resolutions, lighting conditions, and fabric textures.

For any concerns related to colour or shade variation, customers are requested to contact the respective designer directly, as all products are listed and shared exactly as received from the designers. Ali Colours shall not be held liable for any colour-related discrepancies.
