Our Commitment to Timely Delivery

At Ali Colours, we are committed to dispatching all orders as quickly as possible using reliable, premium courier services. To ensure faster delivery, most of our orders are shipped by air freight.

Pre-Booking Orders

For products listed under the Pre-Booking category, delivery timelines may range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on stock availability and the volume of orders received. We strongly recommend booking your order as early as possible, particularly if you are purchasing for a specific occasion, to allow adequate planning time.

Please note that Original Pakistani Suits & Dress Material tend to sell out during the pre-booking period. Early booking is highly advised to secure your order and avoid potential delays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Each product listing on our website includes a Tentative Release/Ship Date and Tentative Ship Time under the Product Description section for your reference. General delivery estimates are as follows:

Order Type: Estimated Delivery (India)

Ready to Ship  Within 5–10 business days

Pre-Book / Upcoming Stock  Within 7–10 days after the release date

Split Shipments

If your order contains two or more products, please be aware that items may be dispatched separately and delivered at different times, subject to individual stock availability. Different courier partners may be used for separate consignments.

Order Status

Please note that your order status may still show "Processing" even after it has been packed and dispatched. This is a system limitation and does not necessarily indicate that your order has not been shipped. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Courier Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, Ali Colours shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners. However, our team will fully cooperate to resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
